Exchange any unworn item with its tags within 7 days of delivery. Start from My Account → Returns or call us.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it at no cost.

Not exchangeable

• Sunglasses, for hygiene reasons.
• Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
